1. Overview
Daisy Data, LLC (“Daisy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and handles your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Daisy provides a locally installed data analysis product that requires an online account to access. You must sign up through our website before installation. Daisy does not collect or store the data you process inside the local software.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to create and manage your Daisy account and improve our website.
Account Information: email address (required for login); name (optional); authentication data managed by Supabase (account ID, timestamps, related metadata). We do not see or store your password—Supabase manages authentication securely.
Service Usage and Analytics: our public landing page and signup or waitlist forms send limited analytics events to PostHog. These analytics help us understand interest in Daisy and improve onboarding. PostHog makes “identify” calls when you sign up or join the beta waitlist. Analytics data is stored by PostHog and its sub-processors, including Cloudflare R2 and MotherDuck. No analytics events are collected from within the local Daisy application.
Communications and Waitlist Data: if you join a waitlist, contact support, or request updates, we collect your name, email, and any message you provide. We use this information only to respond or notify you about availability and updates.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
The Daisy desktop software operates entirely on your local machine. We do not:
• Access or store your datasets, queries, or analysis results.
• Collect usage logs from the local tool.
• Transmit project data back to our servers.
All analytical computation and data handling remain on your system.

5. Data Storage and Security
